A launch video for a tool connecting the MS community

Being diagnosed with MS can be an overwhelming experience bringing confusion and uncertainty. Whether you are affected directly or know someone who is, trying to understand and seek advice about MS can feel like a helpless task.

MS Society developed an online platform for people affected by MS to discuss their experiences and to receive information from people in a similar situation. They required a launch video to inspire their audience to sign-up and join their online community.

We created a character-focussed animation about a patient coming to terms with her recent diagnosis. Through a dream-like sequence, we were able to visualise some of the unexpected difficulties that can arise from a diagnosis. The forum reflects that ray of light, offering the character the much needed advice from those with similar experiences.
